Enviroair’s line of PTACs are designed to fit an industry standard 16 in. x 42 in. sleeve and are ideal for both new construction and replacement applications; Hotels, Apartments, Offices, Classrooms, Dorms and Healthcare facilities. High Efficiency; Cooling models offer up to 11.3 EER reducing operating costs. Special Energy Functions are Cool, Dry, Auto-Cooling and Auto-Fan modes. The fan continues to run after the compressor shuts off keeping the room cool longer. The compressor works less for reduced operating costs and added longevity.
